The Oz Poetic Society would like to take this moment to pay homage to all that have served.
Today, 11th November 2010, a day of remembrance, let us turn our thoughts to all the men and women who have served their countries; living and deceased. Let us remember, that on this day 92 years ago, the signing of the Armistice ended hostilities on the Western Front and thus in time ending the “War to End All Wars!”
Unfortunately, since the cessation of World War I, wars have continued to be fought in various regions around the world.
